What do I do if the product doesn't work? 

Please reference your included instruction manual. Confirm that the batteries being used with your FoxFury product are fully charged, installed in the correct orientation, and that the light has been powered to the ON position. If you are still having troubles, please contact us for assistance and to find out of your product may be covered under warranty.

What warranty does my product have? 

Our products have a Limited Lifetime warranty. Read more about our warranties.

Are FoxFury products waterproof? 

Yes, FoxFury helmet lights, used with silicone straps, meet requirements of NFPA 1971-8.6 (2013)

What kind of warranty does the Nomad have?

Is your light rechargeable?

Yes, some of our lights do come in rechargeable versions.

What is the battery life of a Nomad?

Do the lights fit with a face shield on my helmet? 

The Lo-Pro models have an ultra-slim design that enables the light to clear external face shields on most U.S. style modern and traditional fire helmets.

500 degrees F isn't very hot, how is it going to hold up in fire? 

Our products meet requirements of NFPA.

How do I change or cancel my order? 

Please call our Customer Response Team at 760-945-4231 ASAP if you need to change or cancel your order. Please have your order number ready so we can assist. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on your account on FoxFury.com. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

Do we take PayPal? 

Yes, we accept PayPal for order purchases. 

What is your refund and return policy? 

All FoxFury Products purchased directly from us come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.  Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery receipt. 

Please note that FoxFury is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items purchased from a third party. Should you need a refund or exchange for the items you purchased from another company; please contact the seller directly.

To be eligible for a return, the following steps need to be followed:
1. Contact us for a return authorization (RMA#) before returning products.
2. Proof of Purchase will be required —No Exceptions.
3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items must be received in resalable condition. This includes all items and original packaging.
5. Funds will be returned within 7 days after successful inspection of the returned items. Shipping fees are excluded from the refund.

How is shipping calculated? 

UPS calculates shipping based on the package size and weight. You can estimate cost (and delivery time) via your shopping cart.

How long will it be before I receive my order? 

FoxFury ships from Oceanside, California. Most orders within the continental USA will be received in 5 business days provided the item is in stock

• Orders received before 12pm PST are processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders received after 12pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
• Please allow additional time for shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or 
   Military APO/FPO addresses.

Yes. Please call FoxFury directly at 760-945-4231 to obtain a shipping quote and delivery estimate for rush delivery methods.

What is your shipping schedule? 

Items ship from Oceanside, CA
• UPS Ground - items typically delivered in 1-5 days
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day
• If you have special needs or concerns about shipping, please contact us at (760) 945-4231.
• Orders received after 12 pm (Noon) PST will be processed the following day.

How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii? 

These orders are shipped via UPS Air, or UPS Blue.
Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses? If so, how are they shipped? 

We do not ship to PO boxes. We can ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Those orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. We do not ship via USPS at this time.

Do you sell direct? 

Yes! Orders can be placed online, by contacting one of our Sales Managers, or connecting with one of our many Dealers.

Does FoxFury ship internationally? 

Yes. Please email our Customer Response Team or call us directly at 760-945-4231 to obtain a shipping quote and delivery estimate. Some restrictions may apply. The FoxFury online store only ships to North American addresses.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

FoxFury.com currently accepts credit/debit cards provided by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for all orders. We also accept PayPal for purchases. 

Will I have to sign for my package? 

We do not require a signature when we ship your package.

How long has FoxFury been in business? 

FoxFury first opened its doors in August 2003, originally operating exclusively as a headlamp manufacturer.

How long have you been making LED lights? 

We've been all-LED since opening in 2003. All of our lights utilize the latest LED technology from top suppliers like CREE and OSRAM.

Do you sell directly to consumers? 

Yes. We have an online store with a full catalog of all of our available products.

Do you sell internationally?

Is FoxFury publicly traded? 

FoxFury is privately held and has no plans in this direction.

How many countries are your lights in? 

We have sold lights to 105 countries so far. We're in every continent except Antarctica.

Where are FoxFury products made? 

All FoxFury products are designed in Oceanside, CA. All FoxFury products are manufactured with the highest quality USA and foreign parts. Products are assembled in either FoxFury's controlled plant in Asia or the US, under strict quality control.

How do I become a dealer?

Do you make LEDs? 

Although we do not make our own LEDs, we've formed relationships with top LED manufacturers like CREE, OSRAM and Lumileds and, as a result, often get access to their newer offerings ahead of our competitors.

How is your company name spelled? One or two words? 

We spell our name as one word - FoxFury. There is no space between Fox and Fury, and contrary to popular belief, our name is not "fox furry".

Why did you pick the name FoxFury? 

We wanted a unique name that would help set us apart. Foxes are nocturnal, have keen eyesight in the dark, and adapt to their specific environment. Like foxes, our lights come in various shapes and sizes and are found on every continent except Antarctica.
