The Winthrop Fire Department conducted a multiple car accident drill. The scenario included a van that caught fire as well as another van and sedan that crashed into each other. The van and sedan have drivers trapped in the vehicles that will need to be extricated. The van is partially resting on top of the sedan and is too unstable to safely extricate the passenger. The responders need to stabilize the van prior to treating and extricating the passenger. Lastly, one victim was thrown from the vehicle and landed partially in a creek.
FoxFury Nomad 360 and Prime scene lights were used to light the whole scene. The lights were easily moved around the scene to light different areas as needed. The waterproof Nomads were placed directly in the creek to provide lighting for the victim ejected from the car. Headlamps provide hands-free task lighting.
