Performance Outdoor We were really impressed with the quality of the FoxFury headlamps. In an environment where we lost 8 hours of sunlight in 21 days, we were lucky to be able to rely on the FoxFury headlamps to keep us going during the approaching wintertime. The FoxFury lights never let us down, and we had excellent results. We used the Performance Series Outdoor. We needed a headlamp that was durable, reliable and gave us good vision at night. We camped among many predators such as grizzly bears and wolves. The Performance Series, with a range up to 150 feet allowed us to stay vigilant at night. Thanks to the LED technology we never worried about running out of batteries throughout the duration of the trip. I will highly recommend the FoxFury headlights to any outdoor enthusiast that is planning a trip in the water or mountain environment. We will certainly use them again. Performance Outdoor FoxFury headlamps gave us the peripheral vision that we needed to feel safe traveling at high speeds over rough terrain during the night. One run in with barbed wire or power lines could have been tragic, but their green LED technology gave us amazing depth perception, and their smart circuitry allowed us to only carry one set of batteries for the entire 12 day trip! Signature Outdoor This is the absolute best light pattern that I have experienced. Believe me, I have used and/or looked at nearly every headlamp on the market. This includes some home-grown lights. Your light is bright and has sufficient field-of-view to not get the whole tunnel vision thing. The color temperature is great. It is now my favorite light source. Performance Bike System I purchased a light to try during a 24-hour mountain bike race. I got 2nd place Solo SS and used the light all night strapped to my handlebar. I never used my backup. Performance Bike System We rode with the lights twice in the last several days. A night ride with our club and the last 20 miles of the Solvang double century. There was quite a bit of interest in the lights, especially on the Solvang ride where at least 100 people saw them in action as we descended through a canyon in the dark on a nasty potholed road. Our field of vision was better so we could move much faster through the hazards at 25-30mph. We have newer style road helmets and the lights easily strap to them. It does require extending the regular strap. I used a standard Velcro pump strap and it works great. Overall the lights worked great aside from blinding other people but they were still happy to be behind us going down the road. We have now ridden next to other cyclists with just about every other light available. Nothing else comes close to creating the field of vision your lights do. You see guys with straight lights weaving around as they try to get some light on the shoulder. Had an encounter like this last Saturday when six pigs that came out of the trees and onto the road about dusk. I was on a fairly steep decent so it created an exciting moment for both me and the pigs. Another thing I forgot to mention is the lights cause quite a reaction as almost everyone, including cars, slow down and stare trying to figure out what the lights are. Cars coming the opposite direction are especially prone to rubbernecking. Who knows, maybe you'll make the cover of a grocery store tabloid. Steve Milpitas, CA

PRO Bike System The light is powerful (enough to effectively blind bystanders if you're not careful about pointing it away when you turn it on) but not pinpoint, so it will illuminate a wide swath of trail (FoxFury claims 60 feet). ......... It was a remarkably well-lit ride: I could see just about everything on the trail with no shadow or depth perception issues. Commuters on the road would find it very effective.
